Stress In Pregnancy

I have a high pressure corporate job and also need to travel extensively within the city. All of it leaves me stressed and drained but I don’t want to quit my job and end of the day I am able to somehow cope up. Will it affect my baby? When do I need to slow down?

hi.

you have not mentioned the remaining period. you can go ahead up to the period of 6-7 months. in case you do not experience the pain. Excessive stress will certainly affect both of you. I believe you should take deep breath as and when you get the time for relax. it will give you energy and you will feel fresh    you should go for shavashan for relaxing your body as well as baby.

hope for the best.
