Hi, there are many creams which protect your face/skin while you are running into dangerous sun raze. You could just apply that cream at your face when you go outside of the home. Wash your face when you came back to home and take proper diet & rest. Try to eat as much as green vegetables and fruit and it will surely make you fair’s. I hope from this you get some information.

Hi Aarti, I have a super sensitive skin type. If I am out in the sun even for five minutes, my face becomes beetroot. I donno if what has worked for me will work for you, but the following, not necessarily in this order works for me:

1. Raw cold milk as a cleanser at night, to be washed off with cold water. And then a rose water toner or  a tree tea oil toner as I have oily skin.

2. A non foamy face wash in the mronign after I get up

3. A glass of sugar-salt lime juice in warm water before going out

4. Apply Lacto Calamine on face and neck, then sunscreen lotion with SPF between 15 to 30, not the gel types or sun block. Currently I am using Blossom Koccherr's Carrot one, is pretty good.

5. Once a week, use multani mitti in rose water and neem powder

Thats it, has worked for me.

My skin is very senstive. sometimes i get skin allergy on my face and that has left a red sopt on my face that is itchy and swellen also. i dont know which cosmetic i should  use. sometimes i get pimples also/ so kindly let me me which toner is suitable for me. how my skin become scarless.
