    I suffer from a very bad migraine as my doctor told me. I know it’s coming when I see blurred visions and dark spots around my eyes. I only see people or things partially. Then I feel a numbness on my left hand going up to the arm. After that, the headache starts from the right portion of my head. I usually take paracetamol but during these bad attacks, I take what my doctor prescribed me.
